MELCHIZEDEK as Taught by Prophet Duncan Mghendi

Hebrews 7:1-3 "1 For this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him; 2  To whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all; first being by interpretation King of righteousness, and after that also King of Salem, which is, King of peace; 3  Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually."

Notice: Made Like Unto the SON OF GOD.....Abides a PRIEST CONTINUALLY.

Melchizedek is known as the Eternal Man, lives as a Priest, King and more importantly as encoded in Habakkuk and other scriptures He's referred as the Teacher.

Now verses 14-16, "For it is evident that our Lord sprang out of Juda; of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood. 15  And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there ariseth another priest, 16  Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life."

Our Lord Jesus sprang out of Juda where Moses spoke nothing of the Priesthood. Yet in verses 15, your told after the similitude of Melchizedek there arises another priest.....this is proven by Jesus who is our Lord becoming a chosen one after the very likeness of Melchizedek to be given keys of entering into the Priesthood of Immortality, the Priesthood of Melchizedek.

If Melchizedek was and is a Priest still of the Most High God, why is our Lord Jesus chosen as a Priest after the order of Melchizedek?

Have you read the Qumran scrolls and the dead see scrolls that speak of Melchizedek's role this Second Coming Of the LORD.(Refer to http://www.gnosis.org/library/commelc.htm).

Teachings from the scroll.

In Habakkuk, the Lord shows that the Messenger who takes the written scroll vision and runs with it is another prophetic term given to Melchizedek as the Teacher Of Righteousness.

The Teacher Of Righteousness is one Man held in high regards within Hebrew circles of Rabbi's. Only within there inner circle do the truths of the Teacher Of Righteousness and His Scrolls are taught a few. For the Teacher Or the Rabbi himself has hid himself from the outer courts of mankind and reserved for Himself to interpret openly what from time and time many have not understood about this man "Melchizedek".

Melchizedek is quoted in Isaiah's Messianic prophecies and also within the Book Of Revelation too. Though metaphoric and proverbial it may seem, its best to understand this Everlasting Man, who is the Beginning Of the Priesthood.

Revelation 14:14 "Then I looked, and there was a white cloud, and sitting on the cloud was what looked like a son of man. With a crown of gold on head and a sharp sickle in his hand."

The Teacher of Righteousness tells us in his interpretation of Isaiah 52:7 that the final prophet is a "messenger" who stands on top of the mountains, the Prophets, by interpreting "all that they wrote," and who then proclaims "Your Elohim reigns." By reading between the lines one can also infer that the messenger, or final prophet makes them (the elect) understand all the ages of time in some way. The final prophet is an "anointed one" whom God has put his spirit upon.  "Behold my servant…I have put My spirit upon him" (Isaiah 42:1).

Final Prophet
The final prophet depends on the olden prophets to explain and interpret the events unfolding in the messianic age and to "make them (the elect) understand all the ages of time." The final prophet is also God’s servant of Isaiah who addresses the coastlands, and who "brings forth true religion (or the true way)" in Isaiah 42:10, which is the kingdom of heaven within. He is also the "Elijah to come before the end" of Malachi. The Urantia Book calls this prophet "another and greater John the Baptist." Why is he greater? Remember that Jesus said that "there had not been any one greater (man) than John the Baptist" but that anyone who entered the kingdom of heaven "was greater than John." This was true because John as a human being was unsurpassed. He was courageous, faithful, and steadfast, even in the face of death. But as a son of the living God, he had not yet entered the joyful and transcendent kingdom of heaven within. Therefore, greater means that the final prophet will have entered this kingdom of heaven within, which is the "true way" that he helps bring forth in Isaiah 42:1-4.

It may be necessary for those who follow God’s will, to separate themselves from the opinions, people, and possessions of our present culture to follow the truth on an isolated, lonely, and perhaps dangerous road. Family fault lines may sever; persecution, ridicule and danger could be ahead. Such painful and trying choices will act to establish our priorities and expose them to view. Choosing God’s will in the face of such trials will be the "flame of affliction," which will soften our mettle (metal) for the anvil of adversity and the hammer of mercy. And so we will count the cost and remember that this road is also called the ‘Sacred Way’, and that the ‘redeemed shall walk it.’

Consider these scriptures which talk of the end of age exodus and unification of the Church "Sacred And Elect Believers" with Israel.

This shall of Melchizedek's task.

Isaiah 57:14 "Build up, build up a highway! Clear a road! Remove all obstacles From the road of My people"
This "road" is referred to and described in many places and by many prophets in the Old testament. God will be removing obstacles to its use by those who elect His will.

Isaiah 62:10 "Pass through, pass through the gates! Clear the road for the people.Build up the highway, Remove the rocks! See, the Lord has proclaimed. To the end of the earth. Your deliverer is coming! And they shall be called "The Holy People,The Redeemed of the Lord"."

The "people" are the remnant of "Israel," the people who love God and seek his guidance within and without. The road has rocks on it that need to be removed so that "the people" can proceed to Zion, where they will meet up with the Deliverer who is the Messiah. "The Holy People" are probably the group referred to as the elect in the category of the First fruits when the Messiah is come within them. This group is made up of those who "elect" to do God’s will in the trial period when many others abandon Him. There is both a physical road and a spiritual road or way. They are fused in Isaiah’s poetic imagery.

Isaiah 40:3 "The voice of him who cries in the wilderness, prepare the way of the Lord, make straight in the desert a highway for our God." this is the work of the Final Prophet as written in Malachi and as prophesied by Jesus Christ Our Lord.

Isaiah 27:13 "And it shall come to pass that day, that the great trumpet shall be blown, and they shall come which were ready to perish in the land of Egypt, and shall worship the Lord in the holy mount at Jerusalem."

"In that day" and the blowing of the "great trumpet" indicate that these verses apply to the messianic end of the age. Melchizedek is said to arrive at the beginning of the tenth Jubilee, on the day of atonement, as discussed in the last sentence of 11Q13; The Coming of Melchizedek.

Allow to give a small history background about the Dead Sea Scrolls and War Scrolls that talk openly of Melchizedek. Remember as we Study: both the Teacher and Melchizedek have a great similitude and the Final Prophet is more like the Teacher and he interprets as Led by Melchizedek.

The Teacher of Righteousness is the founder and leader of the Qumran community beginning sometime around 196 BC. The Qumran community is the community that dwelled in the Judean desert; who preserved, copied, and sometimes authored the scrolls found by the Dead Sea.

The Teacher had Hymns he sung mostly when he was either instructing His servants or Teaching them. One thing through out bible History, is that the LORD made it possible for the Greater Prophets to Have their schools of prophets where the Divine was only kept within a circle that will never speak out the secrets of the Divine. Such schools existed from the days of Melchizedek as King and Priest Of Salem before the Most High God. The Qumran community was such a school. Through the hymns the Teacher interpreted the truth of Melchizedek.

Through the Thanksgiving Hymns, the Teacher of Righteousness tells us much about his deep convictions, personal history, and intimate relationship with God. The Teacher of Righteousness is God’s servant and is a precursor of the Final Prophet to come who is also God’s servant, but of our time and age. As such, much of what the Teacher of Righteousness says about his own experiences and convictions may be mirrored in those of the Final Prophet. Therefore, as we read the Thanksgiving Hymns, we are looking into the hearts and minds of both of these servants; the one who has been and the one who will be.

The Most Divine of Melchizedek's existence is Within.....

Scriptures have spoken of him are these:

John 7:27-36 "Howbeit we know this man whence he is: but when Christ cometh, no man knoweth whence he is. Then cried Jesus in the temple as he taught, saying, Ye both know me, and ye know whence I am: and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom ye know not. But I know him: for I am from him, and he hath sent me. 30  Then they sought to take him: but no man laid hands on him, because his hour was not yet come. 31  And many of the people believed on him, and said, When Christ cometh, will he do more miracles than these which this man hath done? 32  The Pharisees heard that the people murmured such things concerning him; and the Pharisees and the chief priests sent officers to take him. 33  Then said Jesus unto them, Yet a little while am I with you, and then I go unto him that sent me. 34  Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am, thither ye cannot come. 35  Then said the Jews among themselves, Whither will he go, that we shall not find him? will he go unto the dispersed among the Gentiles, and teach the Gentiles? {Gentiles: or, Greeks} 36  What manner of saying is this that he said, Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am, thither ye cannot come?"

What im trying to do here is to show you how Jesus and Melchizedek seem to figures that the Rabbi's that time had studied fully and were really knowledgeable of. The Term Christ meant "Anointed".... As Jesus was Anointed of the HolyGhost to minister under Melchizedek's Priestly order it proves that just as Moses anointed Aaron into the priestly orders similarly, the MESSIAH Jesus Or Yeshua was also.

Just As Priestly line of Aaron came through Levi by the Instruction of God in Moses , similarly too, another better Priestly line which has, had, is and will always exist came into existence when Yeshua coming Judah, Galilee where in the Prophets there was nothing written to affirm that a prophet shall come out of Judah or the Messiah. In this Case, the Anointed One is made Or Fashioned after the Powers invested to Melchizedek to perform His task of Giving a Last Sacrifice for the Sins of Men. But of Melchizedek Himself Jesus addressed of Him as one who was always within.

(Someone asked is Melchizedek God? The answer is No, Melchizedek is a *god in the Assembly Or The Congregation of the Princes Of God. Melchizedek is an Immortal Man, ever Present though veiled to the public eye or man who is carnal).

His title as Priest is given to Him as He is the Key Man to integrate Heaven's sacred priesthood to mankind, thereby becoming the one who choses those pertain to become as He is before God Almighty. Princes Of God have different tasks and of Yeshua as the Firstborn of all creation.

Look at this:

Psalms 82:1 "God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods." the term God in the start of this Hymn denotes or gives Honor to the very Creator, Father God who art in Heaven. The CONGREGATION OF THE MIGHTY is made up Heavenly Princes who stand before God and these are referred as gods by God Almighty Himself.

The name Almighty summarizes the entirety of God's Influence of all mighty ones. Amongst these is Melchizedek. Even Jesus Christ attributed himself the title 'god'.

When you read verses 2-5 of psalms 82 you'll see the very ministry of Jesus Christ outlined as what God wanted Him to do. These mighty ones in the beginning, most we entirely immortals and when they failed by doing below the standard of their instructions, God Almighty made them die as mortals.

Now look at this unique Word: John 10:30-35 "30  I and my Father are one. 31  Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. 32  Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me? 33  The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God. 34  Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? 35  If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;"

Did Jesus Make Himself God? Did Jesus say the Word Of God came from gods in verses 35?

Read again from Verses 30. Where he says, " I and My Father are ONE".

Look at this: The FATHER IS SPIRIT, Jesus Christ Our Lord at that time was man, whom all could see, touch, hear and even sit with to dine. Then the Man Jesus Christ at one time says,He Is One With Father, who is Spirit. This statement is what angered the Jewish community. Seeing a mortal claiming to be joined into the fullness of the Immortal thereby making Himself as God. Because the Father lived in Him, Jesus was therefore God made flesh. Then also is very truth of Melchizedek then. Because if Melchizedek is made after the likeness of Jesus, its means the Immortals has the same form as the Lord Jesus.

Secondly, in verses 35, Jesus says that God called them gods whom the word of God came....

Now we entering another phase of knowing more of Melchizedek..... Follow me closely on this one.

1 Corinthians 15:24-28 "Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him. And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all."

The Parable of the man who went on a long journey away from his house and left workers to care for His is the same play of the whole Salvation And Eternity that shall be made manifest soon. Melchizedek came from Nowhere, and He is recorded rarely in the scriptures because its written its Glory for Kings to reveal a matter, but its Glory to God to conceal matter. So we know how concealed is the Nature of this Mysterious figure called "Melchizedek". Just like the parable of the man who went on a long journey and left His house and fields to his servants, Melchizedek did the same. He came, gave the Blessing of Heaven and he initiated the Kingdom of God through Father Abraham, after that, He left and is never mentioned anywhere. This later on, needed a Perfect Man, able to make a lasting and eternal redemption of Souls, and God in Heaven, started to partially speak of a Savior coming to the world. Prophets prophesied about the savior, but many haven't learned the art of prophetic writings. All prophets except, Isaiah, Ezekiel, Zechariah and Moses wrote on things pertain to the last days, but these hid in their texts what is called:CHRIST. In Isaiah there are Two Sons, chapter 7 of a child who will be called Immanuel, meaning God with Us and chapter 9 speaks of "Unto us a Son is Given" but at the beginning this speaks of the Galilee of the Nations. Now, Christ as Jesus in the First, initiated the Kingdom of God to become easily understood to both Gentiles and Israelis. For this reason, the LORD God in heaven deemed right to Give His throne, glory, power, might unto His Son, to make all nations subject to Him. This in the last days is important to know because both Yeshua and Melchizedek have major roles.

Jesus reigns as both King and Priest all through the Order of Melchizedek. As Melchizedek as King of Peace, King Of Righteousness as His name meant so, similarly should the CHRIST make it so.

Isaiah 44:6 "Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God."

Here is one of the Scripture I'd want you all to meditate on.

Zechariah 2:10-13 "Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion: for, lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee, saith the LORD. And many nations shall be joined to the LORD in that day, and shall be my people: and I will dwell in the midst of thee, and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto thee. And the LORD shall inherit Judah his portion in the holy land, and shall choose Jerusalem again.  Be silent, O all flesh, before the LORD: for he is raised up out of his holy habitation."

Isaiah 44:6 "Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God."

The greatest mystery of Melchizedek and Jesus is veiled in those two scriptures......

Have you noticed anything in these two verses?
Both are LORD, Yet two.

There's the Heavenly And the Earthly. One from Above and Another from Below.....

Matthew 5:35 "Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King."

Isaiah 66:1 "Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?"

Hebrews 10:12-13 "But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool."

Genesis 14:18 "And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God."

Psalms 47:2-3 "For the LORD most high is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth. He shall subdue the people under us, and the nations under our feet"

Psalms 95:7-8 "For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. To day if ye will hear his voice, Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness."

Ezekiel 34:23-34 "And I will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them, even my servant David; he shall feed them, and he shall be their shepherd. And I the LORD will be their God, and my servant David a prince among them; I the LORD have spoken it."

Hosea 3:4-5 "For the children of Israel shall abide many days without a king, and without a prince, and without a sacrifice, and without an image, and without an ephod, and without teraphim. Afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek the LORD their God, and David their king; and shall fear the LORD and his goodness in the latter days."

This scriptures need one to carefully go through them and meditate upon the very plain truths of their context and afterwards you may understand how the prophets figured best way possible to conceal a matter.

Shalom..

3 Reasons Why Some Christians Avoid Church by John Aloisi
